Mizza's Mods

The Twitter Feed is a new feature being tested out for Mizza's Mods. The feed will talk about new features coming to the website, updates, and even specific order statuses. In essence, it will be replacing the updates normally found on the front page.

Order Numbers:

Customers who currently have an order being worked on will be able to use the feed to track the status of their order, without having to e-mail in about it. 'Tweets', or updates on the website, which are marked with a certain number will pertain specifically to that order and will talk about any complications, updates, or delays the order is experiencing. This will allow customers to simply log onto the website and quickly check the feed for their order number to see what its status is.

Order numbers are three digits long and are preceded by a letter which tells the type of order it is.

D - Plush Doll

A - Accessory (Hats/scarves/etc.)

O - Mixed Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order number and can, from that point on, check the Twitter feed to see what its status is. Of course, customers are still more than welcome to send in an e-mail if they have specific questions or would like to see progress pictures.
